Founded in 1971, a specialty shop for exquisite okaki and arare (rice crackers) made with carefully selected ingredients. It passes down the traditional taste of being "one-of-a-kind"—having "peers but no equals"—to the modern day. Their rice crackers, made by milling rare "Shin Taisho Mochigome" glutinous rice from Toyama Prefecture in-house and baking it by artisans, are exquisite. Through their signature thin okaki, "Keicho," one can reaffirm the original deliciousness, aroma, and rich depth of rice.
