Okaki that is Highly Active as a Gift or a Daily Snack
A specialty store of okaki and arare founded in 1971, originating from the long-established "Hinodeya Seika" in Toyama. They mill "Shin-Taisho Glutinous Rice" from Toyama Prefecture in-house and bake it by the hands of craftsmen. The signature "Keicho" is a thinly baked okaki created to convey the deliciousness and rich expressions of rice. It consistently inherits the "One and Only" taste, described as "having peers but no equals."
