Raw Chocolate Made from Carefully Selected Ingredients, Originating from Kamakura
A chocolate specialty store popular for its "Nama Gateau Chocolat," characterized by a fresh, half-baked texture reminiscent of a restaurant dessert. It uses fresh cacao harvested at their directly managed farm in Colombia. They also provide agricultural support, such as technical education, to cacao farmers. Also popular is their "Nama Chocolate," which elevates the best aroma ingredients gathered from orchards and fields across the country into chocolate. The unique flavors are colored by stylish package designs overflowing with "Sensitivity." At the end of 2024, they stepped out of their Kamakura atelier to open the brand's first flagship store with a cafe in Marunouchi, Tokyo. The cafe-exclusive sweets have become a hot topic.
