World-Recognized Japanese Wine, Continuing to Pursue Taste While Conversing with Nature

Chuo Budoshu was founded in 1923 (Taisho 12) with the motto of "expressing the beauty of Japan in wine." Since then, it has handled everything from grape cultivation to wine brewing under family management, and the brand is currently protected by the 5th generation head. They produce wine using grapes grown through a dialogue with nature, applying a distinctly Japanese "sensibility." In recent years, they have actively engaged in sustainable wine production.
