A Meticulously Crafted Cup Looking Toward a Future Where Coffee Can Be Enjoyed
A Kyoto coffee roaster that spares no effort in pursuing the ultimate coffee, overseeing everything from bean cultivation to harvesting, selection, roasting, and extraction. Marking its 70th anniversary in 2022, it opened a sustainable cafe looking toward the future. The flavorful ethical coffee, carefully brewed using a nel drip, is a special cup that provides the drinker with a sense of "authenticity." The Sakaimachi Nishiki store in Kyoto was born to convey "what can be done starting with a cup of coffee" to realize a sustainable society.
