Savoring a Stroke of Fortune in a Plate That Captures the Bounty of the Farm
ENOWA YUFUIN is an auberge in Yufu City, Oita Prefecture, built around the concept of FARM DRIVEN. What is served here is a vitality-filled plate created from the finest ingredients of the in-house farm "ENOWA FARM." Executive Chef Tashi, who honed his skills in New York, heads to the fields every morning, harvesting vegetables at their peak for that day before deciding the menu. Drawing inspiration from the farm and engaging directly with the ingredients, each dish is a one-of-a-kind expression of seasonal abundance.
