An Inn Looking Toward the Future by Reconstructing the Traditional Culture of a Ryokan

This inn, located along the Shimanami Kaido of the Seto Inland Sea, is a ryokan reconstructed from a new perspective while respecting the traditions rooted in the land. Course meals developed using French techniques, starring Setouchi vegetables centered around Setoda, are deeply nourishing. It provides opportunities to deeply touch the charms of the region through activities like cycling tours and lemon picking. A modern ryokan looking toward the future together with the community teaches the appeal of a new journey.
