A long-established wagashi store in Akasaka, Tokyo, founded in 1947 (Showa 22). You can taste traditional wagashi such as daifuku, dorayaki, and yokan. The beautifully colored and delicately handcrafted jonamagashi (high-grade fresh sweets) are "Trusted" masterpieces also delivered to the Imperial Family. They also offer a selection of seasonal higashi (dry sweets) and baked sweets with a long shelf life, and it is said that many prominent figures who favor the store visit. About 10 types of jonamagashi (¥540 each) appear every month. Chiyogiku. Hanagoromo with lovely cherry blossom petals. Tatsutagawa representing the river surface and autumn leaves. Each name is also beautiful.
