A coffee roaster in Kyoto that has honed its aesthetic eye and skills for over 70 years since its founding. They exhaust all means from cultivating beans to making a cup of coffee, continuing to pursue the ultimate cup. In 2022, which marked their 70th anniversary, they opened a sustainable cafe looking toward the future. They offer flavorful ethical coffee carefully brewed via flannel drip. The spirit of "altruism" that values everyone involved in coffee—not only those who taste it but also producers and craftsmen—is poured into a single cup of coffee.
