An Auberge to Immerse Yourself in Shigeru Ban Architecture, Art, and Nature
An all-suite auberge consisting of the Simose Art Museum designed by architect Shigeru Ban, a restaurant, and 10 villas. The north side of the site overlooking the Seto Inland Sea is "Villas by the Water" facing a water basin, and the south side is "Villas in the Forest" surrounded by trees. In the center, a French restaurant utilizing local ingredients and the art museum are built. The restaurant is also available for non-staying guests. Many guests visit to enjoy the art museum and lunch before or after sightseeing in Miyajima.
