STAY
Japan's First Auberge Directly Managed by a Sake Brewery
An inn renovated from a historical building, born in 2021 out of a desire to protect the townscape of Hizen Hamashuku, a National Important Preservation District for Groups of Traditional Buildings. A villa and a detached building will also be completed in 2025. The Japanese cuisine tasted with an all-pairing of "Nabeshima," including limited-edition sake, is exactly because it is a restaurant you can stay at run by a sake brewery. It is also unique here that you can taste the atmosphere of sake brewing in a usually closed sake brewery. You want to taste a one-of-a-kind luxurious time while relaxing in an "entire building rental" inn.
