An Inn Knowing the True Luxury of Tasting and Cherishing Nature

Miyamasou, standing in the village of Hanase deep in Kyoto, was founded in 1895. It began as a temple lodging for Daihizan Bujoji Temple, and the 3rd generation head, Yoshitsugu Nakahigashi, made it "Ryori Ryokan Miyamasou" in 1937. The freshly picked wild herb cuisine that cherishes the nature of Hanase is heartfelt and powerful, permeating the body and soul. Currently, the 4th generation head, Hisato Nakahigashi, enters the mountains to pick herbs and provide meals. Communicate with the nature of Hanase and listen to the sound of the Katsura River's water.
