Numazu Club

An accommodation facility like a mansion standing on a site of about 3,000 tsubo (approx. 9,900 square meters).

An Inn of Masterpiece Architecture Overlooking a Water Basin and Pine Forest

The predecessor of this inn, standing in a corner of the scenic Senbon Matsubara, was "Shogantei," built by a person of refined taste in the Taisho era. In front of the accommodation building, where contrasting elements of Japanese and Western, classic and modern harmonize, there is a water basin where Mt. Fuji's underflow water gushes, and the scenery on the water surface pleases the eye. In 2023, it restarted as a project to pass on the cultural properties that Numazu is proud of to the next generation. The tangible cultural property tea pavilion has been renewed into a modern Chinese restaurant.
