A Japanese Wine Recognized at the World's Largest Competition, with Techniques Preserved by the 5th Generation Head

Founded in 1923 with the motto of "expressing the beauty of Japan in wine," they have been family-run, handling everything from grape cultivation to wine brewing. They carefully harvest grapes grown while dialoguing with nature, spinning efforts to maximize their potential. Currently, the 5th generation head produces wine with a "sensibility" unique to the Japanese. In June 2023, a portion of their vineyards in Akeno-cho, Yamanashi Prefecture, acquired organic JAS certification. "Grace Koshu" adopts an eco-friendly lightweight bottle, actively engaging in sustainable wine production.
