A Chair that Re-examines Traditional Crafts and Connects to the Future

The "Kumahida" series, a collaboration with architect Kengo Kuma, is one of the projects commemorating Hida Sangyo's 100th anniversary. It is a heartfelt work that pours in the woodworking technology cultivated so far, achieving both "softness" and "lightness" with spindle-shaped cross-section parts.
