Auberge eaufeu was born by renovating a closed elementary school. While the extraordinary feeling of being able to stay in former classrooms is impressive, what gourmets are paying attention to is its restaurant. The cuisine of Chef Shota Itoi, who won the grand prize at the "RED U-35 2018" competition for chefs under 35 as the youngest at the time at 26, is a hot topic. The innovative French cuisine that condenses the blessings of the satoyama is reputed to allow you to taste the land itself.
