Proposing Modern "Kashi" Based on Tradition

A wagashi shop with the concept of making sweets suited to modern life while evolving traditional Japanese aesthetics. The ancient Japanese values of turning one's heart to and cherishing the blessings and transitions of nature are utilized in making sweets. "Kashi" (fruit/nut) is said to be the root of "Kashi" (sweet), a word born from eating dried fruits and nuts. "Hitokuchi Kashi" (bite-sized sweets), with various ingredients wrapped in bean paste, is packed with "everyday high quality."
