A chair designed by Isamu Kenmochi for the lounge of the "Hotel New Japan" opened in 1960. The generous curves and texture of rattan, and the elasticity that wraps the body, are comfortable. A masterpiece chair that was selected in 1964 as the first Japanese furniture to be a permanent collection of the Museum of Modern Art in New York.
