Broadcasting the Culture of Fukui and Hokuriku While Evolving "Eternally"

A facility opened by Ishidaya Nizaemon, which embraces Kokuryu Sake Brewing, as a "place to convey the culture of Hokuriku, centered on Fukui, with sake as the core." ESHI means "good" in archaic words, becoming ESHIKOTO (good thing), and reading it backward includes "tokoshie" (eternity), meaning "a good thing that lasts eternally." The facility, which uses plenty of Fukui's natural materials such as Shakudani stone and Miyama cedar, is exceptionally comfortable. In November 2024, the auberge "Kanshukuen ESHIKOTO" opens. It will broadcast the charms of Fukui, including food, hot springs, and accommodation.
