In the stone garden spreading in front of the restaurant building is the object "Ether #80" created by Kohei Nawa. Works by young artists are displayed everywhere inside the building.

A One-and-Only Japanese Inn Born on a World-Renowned Art Island

This inn, born on Naoshima, an island bustling with the Setouchi Triennale, is characterized by its modern single-story structure that blends into the beautiful mountainous scenery. Particularly noteworthy is the ability to view the art displayed inside the building up close. Curated by Shigeo Goto, it exhibits works by representative Japanese artists and young talents. There is also an innovative attempt where the artworks displayed in the guest rooms are replaced every six months and put up for sale. It's an inn that makes your heart leap with new stimulation.
